The Last Five Years Cast

Sarah started performing at six years old, appearing in plays and musicals across the island with Waimea Community Theatre, Aloha Performing Arts Center, UHH, and the Hilo Community Players. She was a voice major at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music and graduated from Sarah Lawrence College in New York. Favorite roles include doubling for Patricia Racette’s Margherita in Mefistofele (SF Opera), Sarah Brown in Guys & Dolls (SFCM); Lady Croom in Arcadia (SLC); Carrie in Carousel and Marian in The Music Man (APAC); Ophelia in Rosencrantz & Guildenstern Are Dead (WCT). She directed HCP’s very first dive-in Shakespeare in the Park(…ing Lot) production of Othello, and most recently appeared onstage as Mercutio in the 2021 production of Romeo & Juliet. She lives in Waimea with too many cats (three) and the best husband she could ask for (just the one).

Chris is a preforming arts major here at University of Hawai'i at Hilo and this will be his first show since moving to the island. Some of his past roles include Black Stache in Peter and the Starcatcher, Man in Chair in Drowsy Chaperone, and Thenardier in Le Misérables. He enjoys snorkeling with his wife and identifying the different kinds of fish they see. He is extremely excited for this opportunity and to be a part of this cast.
