Nat Paradis (Alex Wersted)
Alex is extremely grateful to be back on the stage and making his Georgetown Theatre Workshop premiere alongside this incredibly talented cast and production team. Alex has had the opportunity to perform in the Edinburgh Fringe Festival twice in productions of Hamlet (Horatio) and See Rock City and Other Destinations (Dempsey). Other recent acting credits: Puffs, or Seven Increasingly Eventful Years at a Certain School of Magic and Magic (Wayne Hopkins), One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest (McMurphy) for which he received a nomination from BroadwayWorld Boston for best actor in a play, Clybourne Park (Jim/Tom/Kenneth), Dog Sees God (CB), The Glass Menagerie (Jim), Of Mice and Men (Curley). Film Credits include: Resolution (Mathew), Tales From Shakespeare & Postscripts (Lysander), Comic Book Junkies (Tommy), and Far From Perfect: Life Inside a Global Pandemic (George). Alex would like to thank Melinda and Bentley for all of their support!
Troy Paradis (Dylan Prime)
Dylan lives in Georgetown and is currently a sophomore at GMHS. This is his debut performance with Georgetown Theatre Workshop. He has been acting since the age of seven in community theatres around the Northshore. One of his favorite credits includes playing the role of a London boy in A Christmas Carol at NSMT. Recently he played Miss Agatha Trunchbull in Matilda the Musical at GMHS. Dylan spent 3 weeks last summer at Frenchwoods Festival of the Performing Arts in Hancock NY and is looking forward to returning this summer to continue developing his acting skills. Dylan thanks his family for all their support.
Guy Gagnon (Casey Preston)
Casey is extremely happy to have been asked to join the cast of "Last Gas" and work with the amazing director, Mary-Liz Murray. This is Casey's third show with GTW, having most recently appeared in "All Because of Agatha" across from the amazing actor, Mary-Liz Murray. He recently moved to Georgetown along with his amazing wife, Mary-Liz Murray.
Dwight Paradis (John Leonard)
John appeared regularly at GTW from 1997 – 2003, returning for an occasional role while he lived in Seattle and Daytona Beach and appeared in productions in Florida. Returning home in 2019, John appeared in GTW’s production of “Play On” as Saul Watson before COVID-19 brought everything to a standstill. Since the restart in the Spring of this 2021, John has appeared as Leonato in The Theatre Company of Saugus’ production of “Much Ado About Nothing” and in The Wide-Eyed Theatre Company’s production of “There’s No Such Thing as Monsters”. He also reprised his 1997 role as Dr. Randolph in GTW’s production of “All Because of Agatha” in Novemberof 2021. This year, John has appeared as Harry in “This Getting Old is Getting Old” at The Theatre Company of Saugus’ production of “Lovely Thoughts and Other Stories” in March.
Cherry-Tracy Pulcifer (Jaime Hennessy)
Jaime Hennessy is very excited to join the talented cast of Last Gas for her first performance with Georgetown Theater Workshop. Recent credits include: California Suite (Bunny) and Suburban Holidays with Quannapowitt Players, Almost, Maine (Rhonda/Ginette/Villian) with Theatre Company of Saugus, and Check, Please! (Melanie/Ruth/Donna) and Curtain Call (Amanda) with Northshore Players. When she’s not busy with theater, Jaime teaches 12th grade English.
Lurene Lagassey Soloway (Beth O'Malley)
"Beth O'Malley joins the cast of Last Gas for her first on stage appearance in nearly twenty years. She has learned a lot during this production and is grateful to be surrounded by such a supportive group. When not onstage, Beth teaches high school science and spends 99% of her free time with her horse."
