About The Little Mermaid

Join Frequent Flyers® Student Company and Intensive Training Program Saturday, June 5th for a new rendition of The Little Mermaid! Explore deep ocean caverns filled with merfolk, crabs, and, of course, disco jellyfish. Experience this aerial dance take on a classic with new music, characters, and a unique story that hasn't been told.

Deep beneath the ocean waves lies the kingdom of Atlantica, where merfolk and fishes live in harmony under the just rule of their queen. Her children, especially the youngest, are adventurous and curious about the world above and the mysterious humans who live there. The inhabitants of Atlantica strive for creating the best kingdom, despite the threats of the evil sea witch and her disco jellyfish.  Love, adventure, and aerial dance are combined in a one-of-a-kind show using video technology to enhance the already talented performers. This show will be a splash!

Join us on Zoom Saturday, June 5, for a pre-show introduction/soiree at 5:30pm and a Q&A after the show at 7:30pm! A Zoom link will be sent prior to showtime. Keep an eye on your inbox!

Note: Once your show link is activated, you have 24 hours to watch the performance an unlimited number of times. After 24 hours, your link will be deactivated.

We have taught over 21,000 students the joy of dancing in the air. The Professional Performing Company has won many awards and accolades, including the recently resounding success at the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC. Over 200,000 audience members have experienced the beauty and strength of our performances. Frequent Flyers® also created the first international Aerial Dance Festival, celebrating its 23rd year in 2021. Our dedicated facility has two large studios with 23′ ceilings and more than 4,500 sq.ft. of training and rehearsal space. Frequent Flyers is considered the flagship aerial dance organization in the world.

Frequent Flyers® mission is to create and promote the magic of aerial dance through performance and education.

Our vision is to help all people to see the world from a new perspective through experiencing the upside-down realm of aerial dance. We believe this expanded consciousness helps everyone to maximize their creative potential, which in turn provides the fertile ground for these problem-solvers to address issues, create new opportunities and solve problems in our community and beyond.
