Artistic Director
Madame EtraMadame Etra has directed well over thirty shows for the Fort Lee High School main stage. She is
also the creator and director of Fort Lee High School’s Academy of Theatre Arts. Passionate
about developing an atmosphere of communication and understanding through the art of
theatre, Madame Etra strives to bring theatre to all schools in the district and welcomes
everyone. Madame Etra graduated with a BA in Theatre Arts from Montclair State University
and earned a Master’s in Education from Fordham University after attending AIA/Three of Us
Meisner Conservatory studying under Mary Doyle and Lloyd Williamson.
Technical Director
Eldric EtraEldric Etra is a goal-oriented Theatre and Dance teacher enthusiastic about teaching communication through body language and performance. With distinct expertise gained during 13 years of classical dance training at Nunnbetter Dance Theatre, he has been able to perform in a multitude of professional settings. Training on full scholarship with the Bolshoi Ballet School and acting in films, The Silent Treatment and The Rooftop, began his emergence into the professional performance art world. Eldric now attends Montclair State University as a Theatre and English Education major. Eldric has since become Fort Lee High School Theatre’s Technical Director, an instructor of Fort Lee’s award winning color guard, and the Artistic Director of the 3-8 theatre program here at Fort Lee.
Art Designer
Miranda JangMiranda Jang is an illustrator/educator who loves working with her students.
Promedy is her very first theater-related collaboration.
Miranda and her students tried to focus on making harmony with the mood of the play by using soft colors and illustrative designs.
Student Director
Griselda Jesse-DodooGriselda Jesse-Dodoo is a junior. This is Griselda’s third production (2020 One
Act Play Festival, Dracula); however, this is her first production as an Assistant
Director. Outside of theatre, Griselda enjoys debating and writing. She looks forward to
her roles in the upcoming production of the spring musical, Theory of Relativity. Her
favorite thing about Fort Lee High School is the sense of community it fosters.
Head Stage Manager
Kaila EckhartKaila Eckhart is thrilled to be the Head Stage Manager during her final year of
high school. Her job requires a lot of patience and time, and she's handling it all very
well. She plans on connecting more with the crews and the cast members to make
some more memories before she graduates. The Fort Lee High School Theater has
provided a safe and fun space for the past four years and Kaila would like to thank
everyone for making this possible!
Asssitant Stage Manager
Min Sun KangMin Sun Kang is excited to be Assistant Stage Manager of this production, as well
as continuing her role as Stage Crew Head. As a huge fan of Broadway, she has found
working in and contributing to Fort Lee High School Theatre over the last four years
incredibly fun and rewarding. She thanks the cast and crews (especially Stage Crew!)
for their hard work, and looks forward to seeing what comes next for the theatre this
year.
Sound Chief
Adama KoulibalyAdama Koulibaly This will be Adama’s third production as the Sound Crew Chief.
Adama joined the crew in 2018 when she was a freshman and worked her way up from
technician to Crew Chief. Her favorite thing about Fort Lee High School Theatre is the
independence and creative freedom herself and other students are given!
Light Programmer
Arik MotianiArik Motiani is making his debut as a Lights Crew Chief. As the lighting programmer, Arik
programs the show’s lighting ques and colors. Arik also is in the marching band as a baritone
player and is load master. His favorite thing to do in the Fort Lee High School Theater is working
with his crew and meeting new people. Arik thanks his crew for being so quick and efficient and
Madame Etra for this role in the theater.
Light Designer
Jenny YeJenny Ye is making her debut as Lighting Designer in the Fort Lee High School
Theatre Company. Jenny likes to read and crochet in her free time, but always enjoys
binging a new TV show. Thank you to the hard working lights crew for making her
designs into a reality!
Lead Artist
Kira TeoKira Teo is the Lead Artist and Art Crew Head for the Theatre at Fort Lee High School.
Passionate about art and design, she hopes to bring the productions to life! On the side, she
loves to sing and write, but her first love will always be art.
Properties Manager
Ella Weinstein Ella Weinstein is ecstatic to be leading her second year as Stage Crew Head. Entering her
fourth year at the Fort Lee Theatre, this will be her fifth time working behind the scenes
(Godspell, One Act Play Festival, Those Who Can, Dracula! A Radio Play). She loves
personally bonding with the cast and crews and wants to thank her parents for their immense
support as well as Stage Crew for their hard work.
Makeup Mistress
Jessica ShimJessica Shim is a senior. This is Jess’s sixth production at Fort Lee High School and their
second year as Costume Crew Head. They and her crew love glamming up any chance they
get, for themselves and for others. Jess enjoys using their artistic ability as a make-up artist.
Their favorite thing about Fort Lee High School is doing what they love, art. Thanks to their
teachers for helping them find their path.
Costume Mistress
Chase CruzChase Cruz is a senior. This will be Chase’s first production as Costume Crew
Head. Chase believes that her crew is vital to the show because it really brings the
production to life. Her favorite thing about Fort Lee High School Theater is how much of
a family it is.
House Manager
Sabikha OlimjonovaSabikha Olimjonova is making her leadership entrance in the Fort Lee Theatre as
Publicity Crew Head and House Manager. Sabikha is fluent in Uzbek, and enjoys
crocheting and cheerleading. Thanks to her sister and mother, who inspire Sabikha to
continuously strive towards the greatest.
House Manager
Serena WoodSerena Wood has stepped into the role of Crew Head for the Publicity team! She has been
a part of the Academy of Theater Arts program for two years and spent a year on the Stage
Crew. She has enjoyed practicing taekwondo for the past nine years and has even earned her
black belt.
Media Chief
Joy KimJoy Kim is a senior. This will be Joy’s 6th production at Fort Lee High School (The Crucible,
Godspell, Lost in Yonkers, Arsenic and Old Lace, Dracula). Joy is the Media Crew Chief. Joy
does video editing and enjoys music production as well. Her favorite thing about Fort Lee High
School Theatre is the sense of unity that the Company creates together. Thanks to her fellow
crew leader, William Lee!
Media Chief
William LeeWilliam Lee is Media Crew Head. He has comprehensive experience with audio/
cinematography equipment and enjoys coding software. This will be William’s fourth production
at Fort Lee High School (Lost in Yonkers, Arsenic and Old Lace, Dracula). His favorite thing
about Fort Lee Theatre is the collaborative endeavor in which these enticing performances are
born from. Thanks to his fellow crew head, Joy Kim!
