About Madison VanDenburg

Madison VanDenburg is an 19 year old powerhouse dark-pop artist from Upstate New York. Although she caught her first break when she finished third on American Idol in 2019, Madison has always been working to make a name for herself. Classically trained in piano, guitar, and singing since the young age of 5, Madison is a well-rounded artist with a passion to spread the joy of music.

Madison has had the opportunity to work and be mentored by amazing artists, including Dan & Shay, Adam Lambert, Lauren Daigle, Pat Benatar, and more. Lionel Richie was rendered “speechless” by Madison’s vocals, and Katy Perry called her, “the next Kelly Clarkson”.

Learning from experienced artists such as these has helped Madison develop a better understanding of the music industry and herself as an artist. After coming home from American Idol in 2019, Madison was met with an abundance of nationwide support for what she was going to do next. She has been labeled as a “hometown hero from the city she’s from, and city officials have even named July 11 as Madison VanDenburg Day, after the artist.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Madison’s focus has shifted from touring to studio work. After finishing highschool this year, she has been recording her latest EP, along with working on all-new music videos and content for her fans. Since American Idol, she has released two singles and is always working on more. To stay up to date on what Madison is up to, visit madisonvandenburg.com.
