Evil Dead The Musical Cast

Adam Seiwell (Ash)
Adam Seiwell has been actively performing in NEPA theatre since 2017, and has been a fan of "The Evil Dead" since he first found an old VHS of it in his basement at the tender age of 9. This is his first show at DM Performance Works, but he has performed in other venues such as Little Theatre, Music Box, PTPA, and most recently, the King's College sensory-friendly performance of "James and the Giant Peach" at the Kirby Center. Some of his favorite roles have been Brad in "The Rocky Horror Show", Biff in "Death of a Salesman", and Grasshopper in the aforementioned "James". He would like to thank his wife of 7 years Rachel, who has shared his love of horror movies and supported all of his theatre endeavours. He would also like to thank his mother, Rosemary, who was responsible for recording "The Evil Dead" on that VHS. The Movie Pirate of the Early Days!
Alison Rancont (Cheryl)
Alison Rancont (Cheryl) is a senior at Hazleton Area High School, where she maintains highest honors in advanced classes. She tries to participate in theater as much as she can before she dedicates herself to a boring career in science. Alison's been seen on stage only once before as Ma Strong in Urinetown, and she's worked backstage for a handful of shows including Mamma Mia! and Breakfast at Tiffany's. She'd like to thank her family and friends for support, and John for the bloody and frankly inappropriate opportunity.
Jessica Bickel (Linda)

Jessica recently moved to Wilkes-Barre after getting engaged to Scott Colin and they decided it would be fun to be a bloody mess together. Before transplanting herself to W-B, she primarily directed and acted in the Poconos, mainly at Shawnee Playhouse and Theatrical Gems. Some of her favorite roles include Erzulie (Once on this Island, Gems), Mary Magdalene (Jesus Christ Superstar, Shawnee), and Dragon (Shrek, Gems). When not doing theatre, she can be found at Bear Creek Community Charter School teaching kiddos to love learning. “Thank you to my family and friends for supporting me (you are the real mvps), and to my dear Scott, I love you... and it’s been a blast being evil and dead with you.”
Jasmine Treichler (Annie)

His favorite roles include Dallas Winston in The Outsiders and Pepper in Mamma Mia. Elijah is also a musician, and has played guitar and bass in many pit bands for various local theatres. As the founding member (and only member) of the Bruce Campbell Fan Club, he knows the cast and crew will make Evil Dead fans proud!

She has done both high school and community theater since she was 14. Some of her favorite roles have been Lisa (Mamma Mia), Rapunzel (Into the Woods), Bird Girl (Seussical the Musical), and Silly Girl (Beauty and the Beast). She is excited to step into Shelly’s shoes and show you all her “evil” side. She would like to thank her parents for supporting her and thanks to John for giving her the opportunity to be evil!
