The Hallelujah Girls Cast

Peyton Baker is a senior this year at Coronado. Hallelujah Girls is her 3rd production with the CTD and she is overjoyed to be playing Sugar Lee in this fun and upbeat production. Post high school, Peyton plans to pursue a career in childhood education at Pikes Peak State College. When not in the theatre, she enjoys being on the swim team, art, and being with the people she loves,

Jessie Westberg is a Senior at Coronado. This is her 5th and absolute most favorite show with the CTD. Jessie is President has thespian and also participates in Coronados Choir Department, Cougars Care, NHS, Link and KugrTv. Jessie loves her cast and crew and is so incredibly proud of how well they put this show together. She is so excited to see what else her final year with the theater department has in store, and can’t believe her time in the CTD is slowly coming to an end.

Keilani Asuega is a Senior at Coronado. The Hallelujah Girls is her 3rd Production as an Actress and 4th production with the CTD. More often than not if she's not in the auditorium, she's usually at home with her dogs and is also involved in Dance at Coronado as well. She is very excited to see how this show goes, as well as the rest of the year within the CTD. Keilani loves the cast and crew involved and is very hopeful for this production!

Lisette Rodriguez is a Senior at Coronado. The Hallelujah Girls is her 3rd main stage production. This is Lisette’s 4th year with the CTD. When Lisette is not doing theater she is very involved in her school. She loves to do Student Council, Chamber Choir, and Soccer in the spring! Lisette is very thankful for the CTD and all the valuable lessons it has taught her through the years and the loving community that was so open to her!!

Kenna Wybrant is a sophomore at Coronado. Hallelujah girls is her second production with the CTD. Kenna is currently looking at theater majors and specialized theater programs at colleges across the country. She is excited for two more years in the CTD and continuing to grow her acting ability’s exponentially.

Kaitlyn Deyoe is a Junior ar Coronado. Chicago: Teen Edition was her first production with the CTD working backstage as a spotlight while The Hallelujah Girls is her first mainstage performance. When she isn't resting in the green room, you'll find Kaitlyn working on her video segments for KUGR TV, and improving her artistic skills. Never had been cast in a show before, Kaitlyn is grateful for the opportunity to play a part in another wonderful production and perform alongside some of her closest friends.

Keenan Suyatna is a Senior at H.I.M University. The Hallelujah Girls is his 4th production as an actor and his 5th production with the CTD. Outside of school, he's most likely serving food at New Day Cafe or lifting in the gym. He is thankful for the opportunity to be on stage again, but most importantly, he thanks his mom for her continuous support. He's ecstatic to be surrounded by such a talented cast and crew with an amazing director!

Melvin Chavez, a Junior at Coronado High School, is thrilled to be part of his third main stage production, "The Hallelujah Girls," where he takes on his first supporting role. A passionate artist, Melvin is dedicated to his craft and currently participates in both the audition-only Advanced Acting class and the Chamber Orchestra as a bass player. He aspires to pursue a career in the arts and feels fortunate to work alongside such an amazing cast and crew, both on and off the stage. Melvin eagerly looks forward to what the future holds for his artistic journey.

Asha Hart is a senior in Coronado High School. Hallelujah Girls is his 6th main stage production at the school, and his 8th overall. Asha takes college classes while still enrolled in high school, and aims for a career in education. He engages in storytelling and roleplaying in Dungeons and Dragons, as well as practicing in a startup band with his close friends. He’d like to thank his fellow cast mates and friends for their support through thick and thin.

Aztin Arnell is so excited to be a part of the Hallelujah Girls cast this semester! Currently a Coronado senior, Aztin has been doing theatre since she was in 6th grade. In addition to her love for the stage, she is a part of Coronado's Chamber Choir, Student Council, and Yearbook Staff. She also loves hiking and listening to music. Aztin is grateful for all of the support she has received from her friends, family, and teachers and hopes they all enjoy the show!

Uriel Franklin is a Sophomore at Coronado. Hallelujah Girls is her second production at Coronado. She enjoys dancing and was previously in Chicago at Coronado. She’s excited to be performing on the CTD stage once again.
