Chicago School Edition Cast

Evelyn ‘Evie’ Kelley is a Senior and Thespian President. At CHS, she has starred in The Wizard of Oz (Dorothy), A Christmas Carol (The Spirit of Christmas Present), Done to Death (Jane), The Cover of Life (Aunt Ola), and Digging Up the Boys (Addie). She’s a member of the Fine Art Center’s Youth Repertory Ensemble where she’s performed in Footloose (Ariel) and Anyone Can Whistle. Evie’s in Chamber and Show Choir. She’s grateful to Chicago’s directors and hopes you enjoy!

Aztin Arnell is a junior this year at Coronado High School. She found her love for theatre in the sixth grade after her first production of, "Through the Looking Glass." She is very excited to be playing her first lead! Outside of theatre, Aztin is involved in choir, yearbook, and her job at iTopit. Aztin hopes to continue her journey with theatre in the future.

The fella Abdulhaq Alrudaini is in 12th grade and is in Seventh Heaven to be performing Billy at Coronado’s Theatre Department. He particularly loves the high energy nature of this show and all of its distinct characters. He is most definitely delighted to work with Ms. Ambroz and her beautiful directing style. He’d like to extend a Thank You to the lovely people reading this, and his precious family, much love.

Brennen Gannon is a Senior at Coronado. Chicago is actually his first major production. Through hard work and a little bit of elbow grease he was able to climb his way up to where he is. Brennen has gotten to meet so many cool people with his time in acting and the only thing he regrets is not doing it sooner.

Emily Solomon is a senior at Coronado. Chicago is her 3rd mainstage production, and this is her 4th year with the CTD! Outside of theatre, she is a drum major for the Cougar pep band, as well as a member of Coronado's jazz 1, Wind Ensemble, and Show Choir. She would love to thank her loving family, the amazing cast and crew, and the incredible pit for making this show possible.

Zachary Teter is a senior at Coronado High School. New to the CTD, this is his first time in a theater production since 2018. Zach has previously performed in Sound of Music, Guys and Dolls, Bye Bye Birdie, Cinderella, Annie and more! He's thrilled to be apart of theater again along with the amazing people he's met in the CTD. He would also love to give a huge thank you to everyone who's supported him.

Asha Hart is a junior at Coronado. Chicago is his 5th production as an actor and with the CTD. Outside of theatre, I also do DnD and practice in a band. I’m excited to participate in the last production of my high school career, and use what I learned to help better the CTD as a whole.

Kali Shultz is a senior at Coronado High School. Chicago is the third Main-stage Production with the CTD. Behind the scenes of many hours and work, she can still be found enjoying the performing arts for she partakes in Choir where she participates in show choir and chamber choir. The overwhelming sadness of the last musical and second to last production always lingers but her joy she gets when she spends time with the beautiful people of CTD always shines through.

Lillian Kuhn is a freshman at Coronado. As she was given the opportunity in 7th grade to perform in The Wizard of Oz with CTD, she has been excited to continue her CTD career in high school. Outside of school, Lillian spends her time playing piano, singing, writing music and pursuing her passion for art and animation. She’s thrilled to be a part of theater, and can’t wait to see what she can do to help CTD in the future.

Peyton Baker is a junior at Coronado. She had been involved with the CTD for all three years of high school. Chicago is her first musical with the department and she is thrilled to work with such a talented cast. When Peyton’s not in theatre, she swims varsity for Coronado and plays varsity lacrosse for Palmer.

Lisette Rodriguez is a Junior at Coronado. This is Lisette’s third year with CTD! When Lisette is not doing theater she is very involved with her school and her community. She thrives to be a leader! Lisette loves to do Student Council, Choir, Soccer, and enjoys to volunteer teaching younger children outside of school. Lisette’s biggest joy is her family and her friends! She is honored to be part of this production along side the cast, crew, and jazz band !!

Abigail Esparza is a Sophomore at Coronado. Chicago is her first musical but 3rd production performing with the CTD. Outside the theater she thrives in the world of music, enrolled in the Chamber Orchestra class at Coronado playing violin. Deeply involved in academia she is doing her best to balance AP, UCCS and Honors classes while giving it her all to extra curriculars. She would like to thank the cast and crew for creating a safe space where fun can flourish while creating an absolutely dazzling musical.

Chiara Garcia is a senior at Coronado High School. Chicago is Chiara's second musical here with the CTD with Wizard of Oz being the first. If she isn't at rehearsals, Chiara is with the cheerleading team getting ready for their competition season. Although it's bittersweet that this will most likely be the last musical or theatrical performance Chiara will do, she is excited to play a part as one of the Merry Murderesses in Chicago!

Uriel Franklin is a freshman at Coronado. This is her first production at Coronado although she has been in multiple plays in middle school. She was also in the production of Footloose at the Fine Arts Center over the summer. She is excited to be in her first production as one of the merry murderesses, Mona. She has been to the workshops at the CTD during the summer and is currently in the dance class at Coronado with Ms. Barnett.

Amanda Counts is a Junior at Coronado High School, and Chicago is her 2nd mainstage production with the CTD. She is currently attending cosmetology school and plans to pursure makeup as a career. Along with makeup, she'd like to pursure music as well by playing the bass and expressing her mind through lyrics.

Adam Heady is a senior at Coronado. Chicago is his 4th production but his 2nd production as an actor here at the CTD. In the future he hopes to attend one of his three dream colleges, Arizona State University, Colorado College or UCCS to hopefully pursue his newest passion in the sport of swimming!
