The Fizz-Easy Speakeasy (Part Two) Cast

Jerrod Barth (Buford Billiard & others)
Jerrod Barth of Minonk, IL is thrilled to be a part of another digital show at CST after being last seen digitally as Romeo in The New Hamlet. Other shows in his repertoire include CST’s Baskerville: A Sherlock Holmes Mystery, Rosencrantz & Guildenstern Are Dead, and Spamalot; PPT’s Kinky Boots, West Side Story, and Matilda; and Eastlight’s Something Rotten!, Beauty & The Beast, and Jekyll & Hyde to name a few. An alumnus of Eureka College, he currently works in the Fieldcrest district as a bus monitor and occasionally substitutes through the Woodford County Special Education Association. When not riding a bus or in the classroom, you’ll find him relaxing listening to his eclectic Spotify list at full blast, doodling, or winding down with a good video game or two while his cat Lukca naps on the bed. He wants everyone to remain safe during these unusual times and enjoy the show!
Barry Grimes (Spidarus Jones & others)
Barry Grimes is pleased to have the opportunity to appear in his very first production with Corn Stock Theatre. Barry's previous appearances include "Tarzan, the Musical", "Sunset Boulevard", and "Ragtime" at Peoria Players and "Something Rotten" with Eastlight Theatre. Barry would like to thank the cast and crew of "The Fizz Easy Speakeasy" for their kindness and support. Barry is, once again, grateful for the opportunity to entertain and hopes all will enjoy the show!
Sam Hipp (Mr. Dmtriov & others)
Hello, I am Sam Hipp! You may remember me from other Corn Stock shows like "The Robber Bridegroom", "Romeo & Juliet", and "The Little Mermaid" as well as more recent shows like "Something Rotten" at Eastlight! I am proud to be part of this show that was written by an extremely talented (and handsome) writer! I also enjoy pizza with pineapple on it because pizza cannot be enjoyed any other way (and should be illegal)! I hope you enjoy this fantastic show and have a wonderful day!
Erika Johnston-Poch (Delilah)
Erika has not been on the Corn Stock stage for a few years, but as been heavily involved back stage since her last stage appearance, including Directing her first show at the Lab that was met with great success! She has also helped several other local productions in many other ways! She thanks her sons an family for all the time they let her play at her second home the theater!!!
Rachel McCrea (Fizzy Williams & others)
Rachel was most recently seen in Dark Passages as part of the virtual play series and Romeo and Juliet at Corn Stock in the before times of February 2020. In her spare time, Rachel likes to nap with her cat Lil Bit, read, and bake as many kinds of treats as she can. Doing a radio play like The Fizz-Easy Speakeasy has been a different experience and Rachel is glad to have taken part in it.
Amy Rajsky (Veronica Veloria)
Amy is a Peoria native, recently relocated to the Chicago suburbs with her husband and cat. She is excited to return to CST where she has a long history. Amy most recently appeared in Corn Stock's The New Hamlet (2020) and Leaving Iowa (2018). She has also graced the Eastlight stage in Cats (2017) and Peoria Players as Jean Louise in To Kill a Mockingbird (2016). When not on stage, Amy works professionally as a speech-language pathologist working with high school students. She can also be found creating cosplays or belly dancing. She thanks the director, cast, and crew for allowing her to rehearse remotely for this show!
Adam Vestal (Skaggs, Nathan Billiard, The Driver)
Adam is happy to be participating in his first production at Corn Stock since the beginning of the pandemic. He executed the lights for Romeo and Juliet before it all went dark. Adam has enjoyed his work both on and off stage at Corn Stock. He was last seen on stage as member of the ensemble for Ragtime. Adam would like to thank Patrick for the opportunity to continue in his creative outlet in the new theatrical landscape we find ourselves in. Hope you enjoy the show!
