APPLAUSE AWARD
This award is presented to an individual whose enthusiasm and humor adds so much to the espirt-de-corps (morale) of a show's company. To one who touched our hearts and made cares disappear, we salute you with Applause!

GOLDEN EARS AWARD
This award is presented to a backstage participant who truly embodies the word "techie". Dedicated to those people behind the scenes without whose help the show would not go on, we gratefully honor the recipient for their hard work and enthusiasm!

STERLING QUALITY AWARD
This award honors a participant who, during the past year, willingly and unselfishly provided service to the theatre that is deemed above and beyond the call of duty. The winner is selected by the Board of Directors.

LEONARD COSTA AWARD
This commemorative award recognizes outstanding service and contribution to the Winter Lab Season and Corn Stock's educational programs. The winner is selected by past recipients, but please feel free to highlight the efforts of an individual who you feel merits consideration.

GOLDEN TURKEY AWARD
This award is presented to the biggest "turkey" of all! It's a way to poke fun at ourselves, celebrate our imperfections, and remember that we're volunteers who occasionally stumble. This award is selected by the immediate past winner. However, please feel free to share your "golden turkey" moments for consideration.

GOLDEN KERNELS/LITTLE TURKEYS AWARDS
A "kernel" is not only a reference to the "corn" in "Corn Stock", it is defined as "a central or essential part", an synonyms include "core", "essence", and "heart". What better description for those who have made a significant contribution to a production? "Golden Kernels" are intended to be a heartfelt recognition. 

"Little Turkeys" are inspired by the original "Golden Turkey" and are intended to be comical. It's a way to poke fun at ourselves, celebrate our imperfections, and remember that we're volunteers who occasionally stumble. 

Each production's director (Winter Lab Season, Corn Stock for Kids, and Summer Tent) may choose TWO recipients of either a "Golden Kernel", "Little Turkey", or one of each. These are awarded at the discretion of the director and can be awarded to either onstage or backstage volunteers on his/her production.
