Director, Music Director, Choreographer
Erika Woods
has been onstage all her life. When she wasn't onstage in various roles throughout high school and college, like the Chaperone in "Drowsy Chaperone", she was under the stage, playing in the pit orchestra for titles like "Big Fish", "The Hunchback or Notre Dame", "Guys and Dolls", and "Mamma Mia". When not under the stage or on it, she is backstage ordering people around as Stage Manager, barking counts as a choreographer, or sometimes programming stage lights! She is currently the director of the Choral and Theatre Department at Cherokee High School- wearing all the hats and breaking all the legs!. She has a Bachelor’s in Music Ed, a Master's in Choral Conducting, and is working on a Doctorate in Music Ed. She dedicates this and all performances to her merciful God, her supportive and caring husband (and assistant director), Aaron Woods, and three sweet, but mischievous sons, Shawn, Emmett, and Abel. Thank you, family, for your patience on the long nights to let me do what I love! Soli Deo Gloria!

Assistant Director, Pit Orchestra Guitarist
Aaron Woods
is a life-long music admirer. From a childhood of appreciating the musical talents of others to an adulthood of making a musician of himself, music has been crucial in his personal development. While athletics were life's main focus through college, his love for music continually grew stronger. He thanks his parents, Donnie and Regina, for pushing him to sing in church and act in church plays as a child. He also thanks he wife, Erika, for being an inspiration in his music and life, for being an exceptional wife and mother, and for giving her best while serving this community. Aaron is currently a Special Education Teacher at Rogersville Middle School and hopes that all that he does, whether preaching, teaching, coaching, singing, or playing, will glorify his Savior, Jesus Christ (1 Corinthians 10:31). In light of this story's theme, Aaron dedicates this performance to his father, Donnie, and his sons, Shawn, Emmett, and Abel. Enjoy the show!

Pit Orchestra Bassist
Caleb Guerard
has performed live music on Euphonium across Virginia, Tennessee, and New York as well as Bass guitar in local bands and for the Cherokee Musical Program. Hailing from Virginia Mr. G may not be a native to Hawkins County, but can say he definitely feels at home here. He is currently the Band Director at Surgoinsville Middle School and has been on staff with the Cherokee High School Marching Band. His involvement in music has led him to work with both High Schools and work on building a stronger program at SMS. Shout-out to his former RMS students in this show!

Pit Orchestra Cellist
Hannah Campbell
has a bachelor’s degree in music education. She loves being able to play under the stage, rather than perform on it. She has played cello in the pit orchestra for multiple musicals, including Big Fish, Guys and Dolls”, and Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamcoat and has loved every experience. During the school year, Hannah is a band director with the Tri-Cities Homeschool Band and is looking forward to teaching her 4 children how to play instruments as well as they can sing children’s folk songs. Big thank you’s to Erika Woods for giving her the opportunity to play, and to Hannah’s husband Benjamin, who is holding down the fort with expert skill while she plays this weekend!

is excited to be performing as a lead character in her final musical at CHS. You may recognize her from multiple programs at MES and RMS, plays/events at The Bridge Church, The 2022 Broadway Revue at CHS, and other CHS shows: Little Shop of Horrors (Ronnette), Lucky Stiff (Rita), and the Shop ‘til You Drop… Dead! dinner show at Hale Springs Inn! Although theatre is Sarah’s favorite form of entertainment, she also participates in CHS Choir, directed by Erika Woods, and Cherokee High School Color Guard, directed by Brandon & Ashley Linkous and Jaimee Arnold. She plans to continue performing in college. Special thanks go to her music directors over the past four years for encouraging her to continue displaying her talents in different areas of life. Sarah would also like to thank her Mom for inspiring her to be the performer she is today and being her biggest supporter from the day she was born. This performance is dedicated to everyone who has ever encouraged her love for music and the light it brings to her life.
