Dream House: A Rainy Day Play Cast

Born and raised as a DC local, Taylor began her theatre journey at 16 years old with the Washington Theatre Lab. From there, she achieved her A.A. degree in Theatre Performance from Montgomery College, and began performing in the area while continuing her formal education online. Taylor acted and taught throughout the area, taking an earnest interest toward Shakespeare and devoting 4 seasons to the Maryland Renaissance Festival. While earning her B.A., she completed the three-year program at the National Conservatory of Dramatic Arts (NCDA) in Georgetown, DC before investing her creativity into children’s theatre. Taylor believes wholeheartedly in the necessity of keeping imagination and sense-of-play alive in children and teens, and finds theatre to be an essential teaching method for instilling that, among other essential life skills. She prides herself on being an artist above all else, and seeks any avenue to continue to create.
