"Nuclear Family" is the story of the Baker family and the events during a family dinner.  Set in a world that feels surreally and simultaneously modern and dated, audiences learn of the conflict in the home and the looming crisis playing out in the television newscast.  

This student written one act play is performed socially distanced and masked following COVID protocols.  It is being performed live for the small audience of beloved cast members' families and made available on demand for our school and community.

Buena High School Drama is a small, but thriving, theater department.  The small group of cast members began during COVID and wrote the play together.  We give our thanks to Lenora Pell for doing the lion's share of the writing, but each cast member contributed substantially to the characterization and plot.  They gave of their own time and worked diligently to produce the show you will see.
