On Saturday, March 13, BSP will host a whisky tasting at 115 E. Oak St. in Bowling Green. Featuring whisky ambassador Elliot MacFarlane, the tasting will showcase five whiskies from around the world, accompanied by light snacks. Tickets are $50. Only 30 tickets will be sold for this event and no tickets will be sold at the door. Attendees must be 21 years of age or older.

A local historian, MacFarlane (aka Whisky Wizard) is well known for his knowledge of whisky provenance and lore; he will present the background of the featured spirits, as well as historical points of interest regarding the art of distillation.

Black Swamp Players is a nonprofit organization that exists to provide opportunities for area residents to experience quality, amateur, live theatre in all its many aspects. Founded in 1968, Black Swamp Players has been providing community theatre to Bowling Green (Ohio) and the surrounding areas for the past fifty-three years.
