About Art for Everyone with John Peel

Camp Dates: July 10-13th

  • 10am-12pm, 2nd-12th Grades

In this open playground for young artists, students will be instructed on a variety of supplies and techniques and given creative freedom to explore. Students will discuss the artist process and how artists come up with ideas before receiving instruction on a variety of supplies and techniques like collage, painting, drawing, sculpture, jewelry bead making, weaving, and sewing.  

  • Registration ends July 10th at 8AM!
  • Camp cost is $75 plus fees.
  • Pick up and Drop off will be at AOA's front doors.
  • Students are encouraged to dress comfortably in clothes they don't mind getting messy.
  • Bring a water bottle and a snack to enjoy while at camp!

Arts of the Albemarle is a regional arts council that invites residents and visitors to discover connections through the arts that enhance, celebrate, and enriches one’s life.
