Cory Bauer (Cory Bauer)
Cory is excited to return to ASOB after a short break from the stage following his performance in Just Off Broadway’s‚ “And Then There Were None.” Before that, he was seen in ASOB’s “Arsenic and Old Lace‚” as Officer O’Hara and in “In the Nick of Time‚” as Henry Bloom. He would like to thank his family and his partner, Chloe, for their continued support and patience with his hectic schedule.
Bryan Brown (Bryan Brown)
Bryan is a native of Baltimore, Maryland. He has done one show at ASOB, “Arsenic and Old Lace,” and is looking forward to participating in more. He is excited about all the talent involved in the Cabaret and hopes you enjoy it as much as he has performing it!!!
Jack Brown (Jack Brown)
Jack is happy to be performing with Artistic Synergy of Baltimore again after playing Clarisse/Mrs. Dodds in "The Lightning Thief." Jack is in 7th grade at Fallston Middle School. Recent theater experiences include being in the ensemble in Tidewater Players' production of Grease.
Timoth David Copney (Timoth David Copney)
Timoth David Copney is a classically trained dancer, having studied with Cincinnati Ballet, Atlanta Ballet, Alvin Ailey and Ballet Jazz de Montreal. He is a veteran of several Equity tours, including “Annie Get Your Gun” (Florence Henderson Tour), “Applause” (Alexis Smith Tour), “Music Man” (Peter Marshall/Lee Meriwether Tour), and “My Fair Lady” (Hans Conreid/Gaylea Byrne Tour.) He has worked on more than 50 productions in the Baltimore area as a dancer, director, choreographer, singer, and actor, and served on the boards of Spotlighters Theatre and Memorial Players. He is a past judge for the FPCT Monologue Slam. He is the current Board Chair of the Baltimore Playwrights Festival and most recently he was the director and choreographer for the MSAC supported production of Do It Now, the William Donald Schaefer Musical, delivering a sold-out run for every performance over a three-week period, in a collaboration between the Baltimore Playwrights Festival and Fells Point Corner Theatre.
Sabrina Cosden (Sabrina Cosden)
Sabrina is excited to return to the stage with her former ASoB Rude Mechanicals cast mates. . She has been seen on the ASoB stage in Nick of Time, Schoolhouse Rock LIVE, Charlotte’s Web and You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown. She has danced with Denise Winter’s Rosedale Dance for 5 years, and recently made her debut with CCC ArtBeat in The Little Mermaid and GRMS Drama Club. When not performing, Sabrina enjoys learning fun facts, telling jokes, and spending time with family and friends. Sabrina has enjoyed making friends with her cast mates. “Break a leg, everyone!”
Stacey Cosden (Stacey Cosden)
Stacey Cosden is proud to be a part of another ASoB production. She has been seen in Clue: The Musical, Once Upon a Mattress, Nick of Time and Godspell. She’s a member of the ASoB board, and has served behind the scenes in various ways. When not on stage, she can be found spending time with her husband and her kids, teaching 4th grade, or reading a good book. Stacey wants to give a shout-out to the entire cast for their hard work and dedication.
Louisa Davis (Louisa Davis)
23-year-old Louisa Davis has been heavily involved in the performing world since she was 5 years old. They just recently graduated with a B.A. in musical theatre and minor in psychology at Birmingham-Southern College. Some performance highlights include; Knickerbocker in “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow,” Chef Louis in “The Little Mermaid,” Patti Quince in “Midsummer/Jersey,” Emma in “Emma! A Pop Musical,” Williamina Fleming in “Silent Sky,” Bridget Sullivan in “Lizzie the Musical,” and Dametas in “Head Over Heels.” Thank you for coming out and supporting ASoB! Mike DeNicolis (Mike DeNicolis)
Mike DeNicolis is honored and genuinely pleased to perform in ASOB shows for the last 8 years. He is also excited to be part of the 10th Anniversary Cabaret. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the show!
Jim Driver (Jim Driver)
Jim is happy to once again with ASoB. Since 2017 he has appeared in “Oklahoma,” “Much Ado About Nothing,” “Miracle on 34th Street,” and the “Wedding Singer.” He attributes all the success he has had to his mentor Professor Zach Hartley.
Saraí Isabela Drost (Saraí Isabela Drost)
Saraí Isabela Drost has been in theater since 2018 and acted in five plays. She was the little girl and younger Ti’Mone in “Once on this Island” as well as Molly in “Annie” at ACS (Arundel Christian School). She was Shepherd 2 in “ALC Christmas Special” at Abundant Life Church. She was cast as young Nala in “The Lion King Jr.” at ACS, but due to the spread of COVID-19 the play was canceled. She joined ASoB in 2021 as Chrys in “School House Rock” and Snug in “The Rude Mechanicals.” She lives with her mother, father, younger brother, and her dog. She loves to draw, ride her mountain bike, do gymnastics, and cuddle with her dog. She currently plays three instruments: trumpet, violin, and piano and is learning Spanish and Japanese. She is excited to be part of ASoB this winter and thanks everyone for their hard work and support.
James Fitzpatrick (James Fitzpatrick)
James Fitzpatrick is very pleased and excited to be performing in the Ensemble of ASOB'S 10th Anniversary Cabaret as well as singing a solo song, This Is The Moment, from “Jekyll and Hyde,” one of his favorite shows. Most recently, Jim appeared in the Ensemble and as The Interviewer and Skip Snip this past October in JOB'S production of “Little Shop of Horrors.” Prior to that, he was seen here at ASOB this past April in the Ensemble of “Godspell in Concert” and last December as Deacon Paul in “In the Nick of Time.” He hopes that our audiences have an enjoyable experience. Melissa Broy Fortson (Melissa Broy Fortson)
Melissa has been a part of community and professional theaters for over 40 years. She is a former Equity New York City actress, and has worked in Harford County, Baltimore County, and Baltimore City since she was 8 years old. Melissa has been seen in shows with, Ovation Dinner Theater‚ and has enjoyed roles in “Ain’t Misbehavin’” (Nell), “Bye Bye Birdie” (Mae Petersen), “Joseph…Dreamcoat” (Narrator), “The Odd Couple FV” (Olive), “Harvey” (Veta Simmons), “Sweeney Todd,” “Little Shop of Horrors” (Ronnette), “Hairspray” (Motormouth Maybelle), “Avenue Q” (Gary Coleman), “Nunsense” (Sister Hubert), “Beat Little W*house in Texas” (Jewel) and “Nunsense 2” (Mother Superior). She hopes you enjoy the show!
Temple Fortson (Temple Fortson)
Temple is thrilled to direct and perform in ASOB’s 10th Anniversary Cabaret! 10 seasons is such a special milestone and she is proud to be a part of the ASOB board and community. Some of Temple’s favorite past roles include Armelia in “Ain’t Misbehavin’,” Hannah et all in “Puffs,” Anita in “West Side Story,” Narrator in “Joseph…Dreamcoat,” Gary Coleman in “Avenue Q,” Berniece in “The Piano Lesson,” Jack’s Mother in “Into the Woods,” and Lead Diva in “Priscilla, Queen of the Desert.” Her next show is “Crowns” with 2nd Star Productions in February. Back stage she has served as a director and a choreographer. She thanks her family and friends for always being supportive and the audiences for making this thing called theater worth every moment.
Tony German (Tony German)
Tony is excited to be part of the Cabaret at ASoB. He recently worked on “Arsenic and Old Lace” (Tech) and “Godspell” (Adult Ensemble, dance captain and Older Son). Outside of theatre Tony likes to spend time with his family and cook. He would like to thank his family, friends and the entire cast for their support and encouragement. Break a leg everyone!
Tina James (Tina James)
Tina is delighted to be performing again with Artistic Synergy of Baltimore having previously appeared in their production of Guys and Dolls and as a pit musician for Emma, A Pop Musical. She could most recently be seen with the Baltimore Rock Opera Society as an alternate in Love & ROAR and as Fortis in Glitterus. Tina has also done productions with Spotlighter's Theatre and Just Off Broadway.
Grace Kaskel (Grace Kaskel / Dancer)
Grace is a junior at Patapsco High School and Center for the Arts and is in the Acting Magnet. She is the class of 2024 Secretary and member of The International Thespian Society, member of Great Expectations Show Choir and dance captain, and a member of the Gospel Choir. Outside of school Grace is a dance teacher at Rising Starz dance where she has been dancing since she was two years old and a theatre teaching assistant for Rec and Parks. Grace has performed in many local theatres, most recently at ASOB in “Godspell in concert” and at CCBC in “Sweet Charity.” Some of her favorite roles have been Delores in “Working,” The Witch in “Into the Woods,” Belle in “Beauty and the Beast,” Annie in “Annie,” JoJo in “Seussical,” Charlie Bucket in “Willy Wonka,” and Pugsley in “The Addams Family.” Grace is excited to perform with her ASOB family. Tammy Kaskel (Tammy Kaskel)
Tammy Kaskel is excited to be performing in this year’s ASoB Cabaret. Most recently she has been involved behind the scenes as Director of “Godspell in Concert” and Assistant Stage Manager for “The Rude Mechanicals.” Some of her favorite roles have been The Dragon in “Shrek,” The Cat in The Hat in “Seussical,” The Narrator in “Into The Woods,” and The Bullfrog in “Honk.” Tammy is excited to perform today with this talented cast. Her love of the theatre has been a large part of her life and a joy she shares with her two daughters Grace and Sophia and now her granddaughter Payton. She would like to thank her husband Ryan for his unwavering support. Break a leg everyone, welcome to The Cabaret!
Molly McVicker (Molly McVicker)
Molly McVicker is a freshman at Harford Community College. She has performed in many community productions such as “Legally Blonde” (Vivienne), “Spongebob” (Plankton) and “Frozen” (Elsa). She has been inducted as a member of the International Thespian Society for her commitment to theatre over the past 4 years. Molly would like to thank her girlfriend and family for supporting her. Lexie Merrifield (Lexie Merrifield)
Lexie is super excited to be in her first cabaret! She is a senior at Patapsco high school, she has most recently been in sister act, legally blonde, and she performs as the lead singer of her band. Rent is one of her favorite shows and she hopes you enjoy the show!
Nick Ruth (Nick Ruth)
Nick took his son, David, to an audition and soon found himself sucked into the theatre world. He has performed with Artistic Synergy of Baltimore, Players on Air, Third Wall Productions, Other Voices Theatre, Oregon Ridge Dinner Theatre, St. Gabriel Miracle Players, Red Branch Theatre, and Just Off Broadway. His roles include “Jesus Christ Superstar” (Simon Zealotes), “Joseph…Dreamcoat” (Pharoah), “Oliver!” (Mr. Sowerberry), and “South Pacific” (Captain Brackett). His wife Sheila loves the backstage life. Hopefully there will be other opportunities for the Ruth family to be together under the lights.
Chloe Scully (Chloe Scully)
Chloe Scully is very excited to be performing with ASOB in CABARET: SHOWS WE CAN'T DO IN FULL. They made their community theatre debut with ASOB in the fall of 2018 and have been performing locally since. When not on stage, they are busy running D&D campaigns, reading, and working on their Masters in Library Sciences. Chloe thanks their fellow cast and crewmates, as well as their friends and family for all the support they have shown them. "Break a leg, everyone!"
Addison Stump (Addison Stump)
This is Addison's second performance with ASoB. She has previously appeared in several area productions, including "The Rude Mechanicals", "Seussical", "Scrooge" "Saving Christmas" and more! Addison would like to thank ASoB for another opportunity to perform and her parents for their support.
Lydia V. West (Lydia V. West)
Lydia West is thrilled to help ASoB celebrate 10 years! She's also a proud longtime board member of ASoB. Her favorite recent onstage acting credits include: “Charlaine” in Ain’t Misbehavin’ (ASoB), "Gertrude" in Hamlet (Arena Players), and "Xavia Jones" in PUFFS (ASoB). Most recently, she directed the ASoB performances of Captain Hook: My Story..., and she is currently directing Romeo & Juliet at Randallstown High School. As always, she is so appreciative of her husband’s support in all of her endeavors!
Makayla Gard (Makayla Gard)
Makayla is happy to be working with ASoB again. She has been doing theatre for 11 years. She dreams of one day studying acting. I want to thank the whole cast and crew for all the smiles. Enjoy the show!
Brigid Tonnessen (Brigid Tonnessen)
Brigid Tonnessen is happy to be performing with ASoB once again in the Cabaret. Though she mostly stays backstage, you may have previously seen her in The Lighting Theif back in August. Currently a freshman, she attends Baltimore School for the Arts for stage design. Outside of theatre, she enjoys music, drawing, and photography. "I am so thrilled to be back and performing here," she says. "Break legs and enjoy the show!"
