All the World's A Stage

This sampler of Shakespearean Scenes revolves around Modern theatre students. They narrate between scenes and keep order amid Chaos caused by their rival Jaques From "As you Like it" and many others  From the Dramatic scenes of "Julius Caesar to the Laughable Moments of "A mid-Summer Night's Dream." this play truly teaches the meaning of Shakespeare and His Plays.

American Canyon High School Theatre presents… An adaption of Alan Haehnel’s A RARE CONDITION, our Friday night of our Winter One Acts!

In this serio comedic entry of the 2022-2023 ACHS Drama season, we follow a not-so-average high school student, Saundra, who is acting strangely towards everyone including herself. Ranging from wearing a prom dress to school, trying out for the boy’s wrestling team to standing up to her uncompromising teacher. Various reactions of anger, bafflement, admiration, and speculation, are revealed because of Saundra’s peculiar behavior. Saundra’s affliction with her family, friends, and others causes many different outcomes throughout the show. Interested to see Saundra’s journey? Come watch our show!

These Shining Lives

In the 1920s, Catherine Donohue, a young woman looking for work, stumbles upon the Radium Dial Company - a watch industry in Ottawa, Illinois. This play brings light to the true story of all women in the 1920s working in factories riddled with radium poisoning.
