Can all students participate in all the Mainstage Productions?
Absolutely! Auditions are open to everyone and if cast you are able to be in all the main stage shows. If you are not cast, you are encouraged to join crew or get involved in the production another way to learn another facet of theatre.
Crew opportunities are also open to all students.CB Students can contact Anika Shah (our student Production Manager) via CBSD email for more information.
When are the auditions for the first show?
Auditions for the Fall Musical Little Shop of Horrors will be held on 9/10, 9/11 and 9/12 (First read through: 9/15)
Audition slots are open to all CB WEST students (a sign up link will be posted on CANVAS and in the NEWSLETTER) by 8/24
Audition materials and instructions will be posted on CANVAS/NEWSLETTER by 8/24
How many rehearsals are there a week for Main Stage shows?
During the general rehearsal period (before tech/dress rehearsals) there are typically 2–4 rehearsals a week depending on your role.
Take note of ALL the rehearsal dates before joining and communicate all conflicts UP FRONT on your audition form. Last-minute conflicts will not be excused (other than illness or other mitigating situations).
During Tech and Performance weeks students will be in rehearsal most days of the week including weekends
INTERNAL CLUB COMMUNICATION
Parents & Students involved in the club MUST join our REMIND messaging system and register their email with us. Our weekly NEWSLETTER which contains the rehearsal schedule, upcoming events, important links and info is sent out via email & REMIND messaging. (Students may also access info via CANVAS)

I am a community business interested in placing an AD in your program or an elementary school parent who wants to enroll my child in a Harlequin event. Who do I contact and how do I pay?

Payment can be made via our Harlequin Club VENMO (@cbwharlequin)or via check can be made out to "CB West Student Activities Fund/Harlequin Club" and delivered to CB WEST "attention Claudine Piechotta" or mail to CB WEST -375 W. court St. Doylestown Pa 18901
If you are a parent most payments can be made online through MYPAYMENTSPLUS, by VENMO (@cbwharlequin) or by check to the "CB WEST Student Activities Fund/Harlequin Club" - place in our Harlequin drop box (music wing)
