Adaptations Dance Theater (ADT) is a nonprofit organization that uplifts Maui dance artists and produces engaging performances for our community to enjoy. By fostering the artistic agency of each of ADT’s collaborators, we disrupt the historically inequitable power dynamics of gender, body image, and hierarchy in dance, and safeguard the dignity of diverse voices in our creative process. ADT is proud to be a part of the vibrant arts community on Maui and strives to contribute to the island’s rich storytelling culture.
